Mike Fowler: Owner - General Manager
Hello, I'm Mike Fowler Owner and General Manager since 2003. I've served many different roles such as Parts Runner, Plumbin & HVAC Sales, Residential Plumbing Manager, and Ops Manager. I have lived in Charlotte my entire life with my wife Cindy who I have been married to for 26 years. We have 3 outstanding children, Ashley, Laura and David. I was employed by UPS for 20 yrs before coming here to the One Hour Family. My hobbies include golf and salt water fishing.
Dan King: Owner
Hello, my name is Dan King Jr 1/3 owner of Dan King's One Hour Heating and Air. I started working with my father Dan King Sr. in 1985 and focused on residential replacement and service. I have three sons Danny Jr, Michael and Jared. I enjoy spending time with my boys and motorcycle riding when I have the chance.

Tonya Woessner: Administrative Manager
Hello, my name is Tonya Woessner and I have been with the company since July 2005. My current position is Administrative Manager and I assist with marketing on both sides of our company, I have been married almost 18 years and I have two wonderful and outstanding children, Karen and Alex. My hobbies when I'm not working include spending time with my family, horseback riding, skiing, computers and traveling.
Ernie Rodriquez: Comfort Advisor
My Name is Ernie Rodriquez where I have a mechanical degree and served as a financial advisor. I'm a active member in my church Our Lady of Grace Catholic in Indian Land, SC and also an active member and chairman of the Building Committee, Indian Land Rotary Club and Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. I'm happily married to my wife Kathleen of ten years with two beautiful daughters Angela 7 and Emily 5. In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family, biking, boating, water skiing and traveling.
Ralph Massie
Hello, my name is Ralph I have been in the HVAC business since 1999 where I can help customers with any issues they may have with their heating and air conditioning systems. I enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for helping customers understand all of the ins-and-outs of the business. When I’m not working my wife and I are volunteers for “Project Halo” a non-profit organization for dogs and cats.
Travis Hill: HVAC Operations Manager
Hello my name is Travis Hill and I'm currently the HVAC Operations Manager for the past three years. I enjoy working with customers and answer any questions or concerns they might have with their heating and air. I've been married to my beautiful wife Susan for the past five years and we are expecting our second son in June. My family owns On Deck Academy where we help you athletes with their baseball techniques. My hobbies include baseball of course and playing golf but I'm looking forward to the day I can teach my boys.
Becky Cootes: HVAC Installation Manager
My name is Becky Cootes. I am the HVAC Installation Manager and have been in the industry for 23 years. My husband, David and I were both born and raised in the area. I have two children, a son and a daughter and have five granddaughters. We enjoy family time with the children and grandchildren and attending their activities.
Zach Cecil: Permits and Inspections Coordinator
My name is Zach Cecil. I have worked for One Hour since 2006. I started out running parts and I am currently the Permits & Inspections Coordinator. I like learning new information about the industry and all aspects of the company. I enjoy my job here and getting to interact with new customers each day. On my free time I like to play golf, snowboard and pretty much anything outdoors.
Eric Stocker : HVAC Technician
My name is Eric Stocker and I have enjoyed being in the HVAC industry for 15 years in the Charlotte area. I’ve had the opportunity to assist many homeowners with the design, repair and replacement of their systems. I love and get excited about my wonderful wife and four children. I love to catch fish and eat them, I sometimes even clean them. I appreciate every opportunity I have to be outdoors and enjoy it all I can!

My name is Dennis Morin. I have been married for 36 years, have 4 children and 9 grandchildren, 7 boys and 2 girls! I was born in Massachusetts. I presently live in Rock Hill and have for the last 21 years. I have been in the HVAC industry for 35 years and enjoy traveling the country.

My name is Jim Inglis. I am married with a 14 year old daughter. I grew up in Florida, but have been in Charlotte since 1995. I have been in the HVAC business for over 20 years! I love to fish and watch NASCAR. I have been with Dan King’s One Hour Air for 2 years and I am the Field Supervisor.

I am Josh Allen. I am the Senior Tech here at One Hour. I have been working here for 10 years, since I moved from Texas. I am married with 2 beautiful girls, 8 and 11. I love hunting, fishing, motorcycles and water sports!

I am married and have four kids and have lived in Charlotte all my life. Mike Montagnino: HVAC Technician
I was born and raised in Charlotte. I graduated from UNCC in 1993 with a B A in psychology. I made it through college on baseball scholarships. I was drafted 3 times by major baseball league teams. I have 2 daughters ages 10 and 12. I worked in the electrical field for 9 years. I worked for the government over the past 15 years as a deputy sheriff, fingerprint analyst and social worker. I just started in the HVAC field but look forward to learning and having a successful career.
